Frew Pain & Partners was established in 2010 by James Pain, a dedicated chartered surveyor with over 20 years practical property experience, well known within the North East property market. The company is a specialist practice dealing primarily in commercial property agency within the industrial and logistic sectors for land and buildings. Founder James Pain has worked extensively within the Private and Public sector and become a knowledgeable experienced specialist within the industrial agency property market. From leaving university in 1995, James worked as an industrial agent at regional head office at Storey Sons & Parker, until becoming qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998, upon where he went to gain further experience at Newcastle City Council, (Property Department) dealing with a wide and varied management, agency and valuation issues. Since 2000, James was employed by Sanderson Townend & Gilbert (more recently since their merger, Sanderson Weatherall), where he worked solely within Commercial Agency department, up to the position of Partner.
