  Ben became a Director at Wilkinson Byrne in 2019 after working at a local Estate Agency in the Harringay area as a Branch Manager after 10 years. Ben believes his key qualities are that he is compassionate, focused and goes out of his way to make sure the clients experience is personal and tailored to their individual needs. Ben studied accountancy at university and worked in central London before concentrating on a career in estate agency. He has gained many important skills to make sure the sale/letting of your biggest asset is in a proficient and professional manner. In his spare time, he enjoys the gym, squash, music festivals and traveling.

  Russell Totten

  Sales & Lettings

  Russell started working as a Sales Negotiator for another local estate agent in Turnpike Lane in 2013. During his time there he gained essential knowledge of the local area and built a rapport with the hundreds of people he helped move in and out the area. Finding an opportunity to broaden his horizons, while still applying a friendly approachable service he joined Wilkinson Byrne - Turnpike Lane as their new Sales and Letting Consultant in 2019. Having moved to Harringay to be closer to work, he makes good use of the local cinemas in the area in his spare time, cooking at home and is also a trained black belt in Kickboxing – where he met his fiancé Kerry

  Rudi Refati

  Lettings & Management

  Rudi originally joined Wilkinson Byrne, Bounds Green in October 2000 as an administrator & from there worked her way up to a Lettings negotiator. She then left in 2002 to start a family. She has also worked for 3 years as a one to one support TA for children with special needs. In January 2014, Rudi joined the Turnpike Lane office as a Sales & Lettings Consultant. She`s pleasant and has a great sense of humour with a great work etiquette . Out of working hours, Rudi enjoys spending time with her children & socialising with friends

  Dee Kouppari

  Mantenance

  Dee started at Wilkinson Byrne in 2011 having previously worked as a lettings negotiator in North London and prior to that was in charge of 36 women in central London at a leading retailer. She is now the Property Maintenance Manager and also deals with all aspects of legislation and legal matters including property evictions. Dee has an exceptional rapport with all of our Landlords & tenants and no problem is too big or unsolvable. She is a very important member of staff and her enthusiasm and energy is infectious. In her spare time she enjoys socializing and going the gym.

  Neil Connor

  Director

  Neil originally started at the Bounds Green office when it opened in 1992 as a trainee negotiator. He quickly worked his way up the ranks to Senior Sales & Lettings negotiator. In 1998 he also became a Director of the Turnpike Lane Office and since then has been working hard to make it one of the more established agents in the area. He enjoys playing football, skiing and spending time with his family.

  Farran originally joined the Bounds Green office of Wilkinson Byrne in 1996 having previously started his estate agency career in 1987 working for two large corporate companies in areas covering Barnet & Hadley Wood and then onto Whetstone & Totteridge. After 2 successful years at Wilkinson Byrne he became a member of the A.N.A.E.A and also decided with the current partners to open their second Office as a Director in popular Turnpike Lane & Haringey area. He is also now a member of MARLA & MNAEA. If he gets any spare time, he particularly enjoys eating, drinking and socializing with family and friends
