Established by the owners in 2013, the business has a great back story, following a family recipe that has been used since the 1800s. A selection of handmade fudge and tablet products are offered, particularly popular as they are gluten free, with no additives or preservatives. The products are made to order and are sold in single bags, boxes and large commercial orders.

Whilst there is direct to consumer e-commerce website selling the range of products, the majority of orders are business to business, mostly in the Edinburgh area. Retailers catering to the tourist trade make up a large proportion of the customer base. There is a great deal of potential to increase sales to other shops and tourist outlets and through ecommerce using social media effectively. Enquiries and sales come from other parts of the world and this is something a new owner may also wish to build on.
