Meeting rooms - All storage centres have meeting rooms which our storage customers can book free of charge

Breakout area - All stores have a communal area with free WiFi for customers to use.

Kitchen - All stores have a kitchen facility available for customers to make tea/coffee/lunch.

WiFi - Free WiFi in the communal areas where you can sit down and work on-site.

Security - Security is taken very seriously at Store First; they have invested heavily in the latest CCTV and monitored intruder alarms.

Tenanted and managed by Store First. Stable income to the storage pods owner.

Buyers Administration Fee Applies upon the fall of the hammer, the Purchaser shall pay a 10% deposit (subject to minimum of £5,000, whichever is the greater) and a Buyers Administration Fee of £1500 plus VAT and contracts are exchanged. The buyer is also liable for a £3,500 auction fee plus VAT.

The purchaser is legally bound to buy and the vendor is legally bound to sell the Property/Lot. The auction conditions require a full legal completion 28 days following the auction (unless otherwise stated in the legal pack or on the sales details).
