The plot is situated in a lovely stretch of open countryside some 5 miles to the north of the attractive market town of Chipping Ongar. There are primary schools in Ongar and Moreton as well as nearby schools Coopersale Hall, Chigwell, Bancrofts and The Forest. Whilst further afield are Felsted, New Hall, Brentwood School (with a coach pick-up/drop-off nearby), Bishop’s Stortford College, Heath Mount and Haileybury. The area has miles of footpaths and bridleways.
