The plot is situated in a lovely stretch of open countryside some 5 miles to the north of the attractive market town of Chipping Ongar. The property is ideally placed for the M11 (2.7 miles) and the Central Line at Epping (6.6 miles) whilst Stansted Airport is just 13.3 miles away and Canary Wharf is about 24 miles to the south via the A13.
Local amenities can be found in Potter Street or in Chipping Ongar (5.7 miles) which has an excellent range of local boutique shops together with larger supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsbury). More extensive shopping facilities can be found at Epping, Chelmsford and Brentwood. There are primary schools in Ongar and Moreton as well as nearby schools Coopersale Hall, Chigwell, Bancrofts and The Forest. Whilst further afield are Felsted, New Hall, Brentwood School (with a coach pick-up/drop-off nearby), Bishop’s Stortford College, Heath Mount and Haileybury. The area has miles of footpaths and bridleways.
