Ryder & Dutton and Mortimers join Zoopla as part of new long-term agreement with Northern Estate Agencies Group

22nd March 2023

Zoopla is pleased to announce a new long-term contract with Northern Estate Agencies Group, which encompasses the 46 branches of Manning Stainton, Mortimers and Ryder & Dutton.

Building on its long-term successful partnership with Manning Stainton - its sister brands Mortimers, which is based in Lancashire and Ryder & Dutton - which spans across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire - will join Zoopla and improve their capabilities to reach new buyers and renters as a result.

The group will benefit from a bespoke Platinium package on Zoopla which includes everything in Zoopla’s Gold package, alongside Weekly Featured Properties and Premium Listings.

Zoopla will be looking to support The Northern Estate Agencies Group with its ambitions for the coming year - which includes further plans for growth - as well as continuing to deliver return on investment and customer support to the portfolio of brands. The partnership will also further improve Zoopla’s coverage of listings in the North of England.

Mark Manning, Managing Director at Northern Estate Agencies Group said: “We are pleased to be able to have secured a long-term deal for the group with Zoopla. For our customers it allows their property to be offered to a much wider audience which in this tougher environment will be of great value to them and to our teams working on their behalf.”

Zoopla’s Director of National Sales Nikki Cole said: “It’s been a real partnership working with Manning Stainton over the past five years and we’re excited to build on this strong working relationship by welcoming Ryder & Dutton and Mortimers to Zoopla. We recognise that value for money is more important than ever for agents this year and we look forward to delivering that to the group, as well as supporting them to achieve their ambitions and targets for 2023.”

About Zoopla

Hello. We're Zoopla. A property website and app.

We know you're not just looking for a place to live. You're looking for a home.

Yeah, we've got over a million properties for you to browse.

Tools that let you filter them in all kinds of clever ways.

And reliable house price estimates, so you can be sure you aren't paying over the odds.

But we know you're looking for more than that.

Because that first flat won't just be a 'great investment opportunity'.

It'll be the feeling of starting out on your own.

That extra bedroom won't just mean another £20K on the re-sale price, it'll mean having your sister over to stay.

And that bungalow won't just be a way to release some equity, it will be a chance to spend more time with the grandkids.

We know that searching for a home is about more than just checking its price, location and features (important as all those things are).

What really matters is how it makes you feel.

We know what a home is really worth.

So let us help you find yours.
