Location

Capability Green is widely recognised as the leading business park in the M1 corridor. It is located a short drive from London Luton Airport, Luton town centre and the M1.

Terms

The offices can be let upon flexible Licence Agreements from 3 months to 12 months, alternatively longer periods are available by negotiation. 2 months rent is required as a deposit plus one month's rent in advance, which can be paid by invoice, credit card or direct debit.

Legal Costs

Each party to bear their own legal costs incurred.

Plus V.A.T. At the appropriate rate if applicable.
