Excellent location for Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool. Rainhill village a short walk, various sandwich/lunch shops, chip shop, post office, supermarket, cash machine. Directly outside the office there is bus stop with regular buses to Liverpool every 10 minutes. Post box directly outside office. All ground floor offices throughout the building are metal shuttered to the windows during the evenings. A retired couple live at the rear, so the premises are always occupied overnight.
