Kelham Central is an extension of the established Little Kelham Island that sits within Kelham Island, north of Sheffield centre.

Kelham Central is a new residential development currently under construction with a target completion date of Q3 - Q4 2023. As part of the new scheme there will be 2 x ground floor commercial units available To Let. The units vary in size and both provide ample outside seating opportunities. The larger Unit 3D provides a riser cable of commercial extract ducting and would therefore suit a restaurant / café. The smaller unit 3F is in the centre of the new scheme and would be ideally suited to a retail bakery or café providing a quality amenity for the local residents. Other types of uses will however be considered in context of the wider scheme.

Due to the units being part of a new building, they will be handed over in a shell and core condition and will require a full tenant fit out. Both units will sit directly underneath residential apartments.

Location

Kelham Island is an 18-minute walk north of Sheffield centre. The area is well connected to the city's public transport system, with buses and trams on your doorstep. The area is heavily residential and also popular with independent leisure operators including The Depot, Peddler Market, Domo, Joro. In addition, there is a large student living development on Alma Street with approx 700 beds plus.
