Located in Gloucester, Morelands Trading Estate is a historic site that was formerly the Old England match factory. The estate has been fully restored and now offers a range of business units, including offices, workshops, industrial units, and studios, as well as a large meeting room available for hire.
Our one-page licence agreement offers flexibility and makes signing up quick and easy. We also provide 24-hour security patrols and monitored CCTV to ensure the safety and security of our customers.

Although there is no reception on-site, we do offer a postal service to our customers. Morelands Trading Estate also hosts a community art project for disadvantaged children, making it a community hub for the local area.

The estate is conveniently located near the Gloucester Quays Outlet Centre and the Gloucester Docks, with easy access to public transportation and a good road network. Customers benefit from 110 free car parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are several cafes and restaurants within a two-minute walk of the trading estate.
