We're conveniently located less than two miles south of the city centre, nestled within Beeston, Holbeck, and Hunslet. Our prime location provides you with affordability and convenience while still being close enough to the action. You'll benefit from a city centre location with plenty of local amenities, such as out-of-town shopping, supermarkets, eateries, and leisure facilities like gyms nearby. Access to and from the city is excellent, with main roads and public transportation within reach.

We're easy to find, whether you're coming by car, rail, bus, or air. Our location is within one hundred yards of Junction 5 of the M621, giving excellent access to Leeds, Wakefield, and all surrounding areas, with free and secure parking available on site for both customers and visitors. If you're coming by rail, Leeds rail station is just over a mile away, taking half an hour on foot and 15 minutes by cycle or bus. By bus, we're served by buses 86,87, BY1, and R1, with a stop just two minutes away. If you're flying into Leeds Bradford airport, we're only a 30-45 minute drive via the A660, or you can take the A1 Flyer to Leeds city centre, which takes around half an hour.
