Our storage facility is located in Newington on the outskirts of Sittingbourne and is easily accessible from Maidstone, the Medway towns (Rochester, Chatham, and Gillingham) and Faversham, via the A2/M2.

Our Storage Facility & Amenities -
Our well-appointed storage site has the following benefits:

• 27/7 CCTV
• Use of our forklift truck for large/heavy items & deliveries
• Clean toilet facilities
• Keys and locks are provided with all of our containers

We offer the following sizes of containers:
• 8 ft – offering 64 sq ft of space
• 10 ft – offering 80 sq ft of space
• 20 ft – offering 160 sq ft of space

Mailbox hire is available, and we can also take parcel deliveries on your behalf and place the items in your storage unit.

Contracts -
We offer flexible, open-ended contracts meaning that you can stay for as long or as little as you would like.

Prices & Deposits -
Our prices start from £130 per calendar month including VAT, with there being no additional extras other than optional insurance. We will ask for a refundable deposit equivalent to 1 months’ rent, which once your unit has been fully vacated shall be refunded to you.
