On the opposite side, there is a separate TV room with wall mounted flat smart screen and comfortable L-shaped sofa.

Another door leads to an occasional social dining area which in turn leads round to the main kitchen, with smart TV.

Both the dining area and kitchen open up to a covered deck 8 x 4m area, which can be enjoyed in all weathers.

The decking houses a covered bar area, cooking facilities and a hot tub.

The deck area extends a further 2 metres out upon which you can enjoy views of North Hill and distant Sea views of the Bristol Channel and Wales.
